- Implementing GHX products in accordance with the scope of work sold to the customer.
- Strive for excellence in delivery, ensure customers receive value.
- Achieve high degrees of utilization from GHX products and services.
Product Implementation:
- Leads instructor-led training sessions on GHX products and applications.
- Executes on test plans through system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Collaborates with other scrum teams and internal departments.
Data Analysis:
- Comfortable working in Excel and Access.
- Review data sets for completeness.
- Provide feedback to both the customer and internal development teams.
Project Management:
- Maintain and communicate project status to identify progress.
- Coordinate and collaborate with other scrum teams.
- Ensure customer objectives are met.
