Core Responsibilities:
- Review and triage NDAs, SaaS agreements, creative licenses, and marketing contracts using company templates.
- Identify and escalate non-standard risk provisions to senior leadership and coordinate negotiations.
- Manage contract intake, tracking, routing, and repository maintenance with proper version control.
Legal Operations & Process Development:
- Implement and maintain a lightweight Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system.
- Track contract renewal dates, monitor review metrics, and improve service delivery.
- Develop standard templates, clause libraries, fallback positions, and negotiation guidance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure contract alignment.
- Support data security and vendor risk review processes within the company's operational framework.
- Build durable legal processes in partnership with fractional General Counsel and business stakeholders.
