Role, Line of Business and Team:
- A&H Legal Department is responsible for the various legal functions of Crum & Forster’s Accident & Health division.
- These functions include contract development and tracking, litigation management, and other miscellaneous legal support.
What you will do:
- Support various aspects of contract lifecycle management platform, e-signature tools, AI tools, and other Legal and innovative systems.
- Work cross-functionally, and coordinate contracts workflows from request to signature.
What YOU will bring to C&F:
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, highly-organized and has interest or experience with contracts, legal technology, and process optimization.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability or aptitude to interpret and assess legal language and contractual risk.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and build strong working relationships.
