Assist with employment, lease, vendor and other day-to-day practice operational matters. Administer and maintain operational databases including leases, legal and medical board claims for all worldwide subsidiaries. Monitor changes to government guidelines or regulations and submit reports on pertinent changes. Provides admin support to General Counsel and other attorneys.

Be a member of a collaborative team of employees engaged in mediating consumer complaints by negotiating with consumers and businesses for equitable resolutions on behalf of both parties. Responsibilities include communicating and interacting with consumers and businesses on consumer-related complaints, analyzing, documenting, researching, and resolving consumer complaints, and maintaining the Agency database.
