Job Description
The Compliance Investigative and CMPP Support Contractor shall demonstrate progressive professional or para-professional experience, including familiarity with DHS policies, procedures, and systems. Responsibilities include analyzing non-employment civil rights and civil liberties complaints, developing investigative plans, and conducting investigations under the guidance of federal employees. They will apply investigative skills, interview techniques, document reviews, and report preparation. They will provide written and oral briefings and assist in compiling information for reporting requirements. Furthermore, the role assists federal staff to develop and review CMPP programs, conduct research, and identify gaps in program services. They must accurately track enrollment and outreach data.
