Qualifications:

10+ years of technology transactional experience -- drafting, reviewing, negotiating.
10+ years experience negotiating SaaS agreements and data processing addendums.
Proactive and able to work efficiently, prioritize workflow, meet demanding deadlines.

Preferences:

Foreign language skills.
Experience implementing legal technology.
