Associate General Counsel

Key Responsibilities:

• Help lead the company’s commercial contracting function.
• Provide clear, practical guidance on legal, regulatory, and contractual risks.
• Apply and oversee compliance with data protection, privacy, and information security requirements.

Templates, playbooks, tools, and legal operations:

• Own and continuously improve core contract templates, fallback positions, and clause libraries.
• Develop and maintain contracting playbooks that support consistent, scalable negotiation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to implement and refine Grant Street’s contract lifecycle management and AI‑enabled legal tools.

Collaboration, counseling, and training:

• Partnering with our General Counsel to serve as a generalist in-house counsel providing support for all Company legal questions.
• Provide practical guidance on employment issues in close partnership with HR.
• Assist with dispute resolution and pre-litigation strategy.
