Act as a trusted legal advisor to the ELT
Lead global corporate governance matters, including board and committee support
Shape and execute the global legal strategy in alignment with JAGGAER’s business objectives

Commercial & SaaS Contracting:

Oversee negotiation and execution of complex, high-value enterprise customer agreements
Provide legal guidance on SaaS, software licensing, cloud services, and data usage
Support global Sales, Procurement, and Partner teams with scalable contracting frameworks

Compliance, Privacy & Risk Management:

Lead global compliance programs including data protection and anti-corruption
Partner closely with Security, Product, and Engineering teams on privacy
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal and regulatory risks for global business
