Role Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to Client Operations Teams, processing client questionnaires and updating records.
- Complete Freshdesk administration tasks and send standard communications.
- Follow documented processes and escalate issues when unsure.

- Organized, reliable, and comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- Good communicator who can work independently once trained.
- Keen to learn and handle confidential information appropriately.
