Job Description
The Role:
- Direct strategy, technology, and operations of the IT Commercial Systems team.
- Co-own and support the digital transformation strategy with business unit executives.
- Manage a team of PMs, BSAs, developers, and system administrators.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the technical side of the enterprise digital transformation program.
- Partner closely with product leadership, providing direct feedback on features.
- Set the technology strategy for adding other business entities into core systems.
Requirements:
- Large scale technology transformation leadership experience in sales and marketing.
- Core understanding of business sales, services, lead generation, and marketing processes.
- Successful leadership of various technology projects with accountability to senior business executives.
