Job Description
The Director of Sales Development will manage the full BDR life-cycle for a team of direct reports, including recruiting, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management. Managing a Team Lead and collaborating with partner reps, this position will implement weekly coaching, call reviews, and skill development frameworks to own performance management, career pathing, and team morale. The director will create and execute outbound business development strategies to increase pipeline generation.
This role will define and continuously improve outbound motions, oversee lead routing and scoring, ensure seamless handoffs, and act as the connective tissue between Marketing, Sales, and Revenue Ops.
