Senior Manager, Corporate Accounting - Compensation

Lead and develop a high-performing Compensation Accounting team, fostering a growth mindset, ownership, and a culture of continuous improvement. Oversee the monthly close for payroll, equity, and employee benefits — including journal entries, reconciliations, flux analysis, and related financial reporting deliverables. Set the strategy for automation and process improvements, streamlining compensation accounting operations, reducing close timelines, and leveraging scalable, tech-enabled solutions — including AI. Strengthen internal controls and support SOX compliance, audit readiness, and documentation across payroll, equity, and benefits accounting processes. Act as a strategic thought partner across the business, collaborating with FP&A, Tax, Payroll, Total Rewards, and Finance Systems to simplify and scale compensation-related processes.
