Job Description
Virtual Care Operations & Clinical Leadership: Lead virtual care program development and management. Establish KPIs and quality metrics for virtual care delivery. Oversee clinical workflows, scheduling, and provider coverage. Team Management & Provider Oversight: Manage and support a remote team of Nurse Practitioners. Ensure adherence to documentation, HCC coding standards, and risk adjustment. Facilitate regular feedback and coaching for high clinical standards. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Optimize virtual care workflows with Operations, Product & Technology, Data & Analytics, and Customer Success teams. Use data-driven insights to scale virtual care delivery and support growth.
