VP of Product

As a key member of the executive team reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead our product and engineering vision, strategy, and execution. You will work closely with our Engineering Manager, supporting their growth and leadership of the engineering team. Your leadership will drive the product vision, maintain PublicInput's market leadership, and support scaling from $5M to $20M+ ARR. You will bring a deep understanding of AI's role in streamlining product workflows, prototyping, and accelerating software development. You will set and execute a bold product strategy in alignment with company objectives. You'll lead annual and quarterly product planning cycles with executive collaboration. You'll also oversee technical architecture and guide product roadmap execution and integrate modern AI tools and methodologies into product workflows to simplify processes and speed development.
