- Partner with the Private Credit platform team to build solutions to automate the workflows that happen during the life cycle of a loan.
- Focus on designing elegant and modern solutions for loan servicers and Private Credit portfolio managers.
- Put data at our customers' fingertips by answering typical questions about payments, interest accruals, and floating rates.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct research and interpret product analytics to unlock insights about our customers’ unique challenges and measure the impact of your designs.
- Work closely with engineers to ensure designs are shipped efficiently, maintaining high visual polish while adhering to mobile responsiveness and accessibility standards.
- Continuously improve and expand our design system, advocating for consistency and pattern reuse across the product suite.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of professional experience in product design, specifically within B2B enterprise software or complex internal tools.
- Expert-level proficiency in Figma, including use of auto-layout, components, and maintaining clean, developer-ready handoff files.
- A portfolio that showcases deep UX thinking, clear user journeys, and a high degree of visual polish.
