Job Description

We are seeking an experienced, results-driven Sales Manager to lead our strategic residential accounts while managing a team of sales leaders and agents in our dynamic Jamaica call centers. This role blends relationship management, team leadership, and performance optimization β€” requiring a strategic thinker passionate about data, sales, and customer experience. Join a high-growth industry leader where your contributions directly impact success! You will own and manage a portfolio of strategic residential accounts with a strong focus on relationship building, retention, and revenue expansion. You will identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities across each partner of responsibility and serve as a subject matter expert on our product offerings, platform, and sales processes. You will track KPIs to monitor business health, site performance, outlier performance, product trends, client satisfaction, and industry growth trends. You will lead and support a team of Jamaica-based sales leaders and agents in a dynamic call center environment. You'll drive performance through daily/weekly team huddles, individual coaching, and real-time feedback. Also, you will analyze sales metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement and ensure compliance with external (partner) and internal (Centerfield) quality standards. You will also monitor key metrics including attendance, productivity, quality, and compliance.
