Job Description
The Contact Center Operations Representative serves the membership through effective communication, troubleshooting, proactive learning, deepening member relationships, and member advocacy over the phone. Core job functions include maintaining high service levels, showcasing decision-making skills, creating solutions for members, ensuring an exceptional experience, and communicating effectively. The role involves contributing to STCU's culture, focusing on personal development, and utilizing skills in MS Office programs.
Minimum of two years customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment is required. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, and bilingual abilities in Spanish are preferred.
