Senior Financial Analyst

Hims & Hers is looking to recruit a Senior Financial Analyst to join our finance organization. This role will be reporting to the Manager, Finance and is remote based. As a SFA, you will own and be responsible for the day-to-day core financial planning, strategic finance, budgeting, metrics, systems, decision support, economic modeling and analysis for a variety of key business lines. You will participate in the preparation and review of annual, quarterly and monthly financials across all P&L lines and business units. You will also lead analysis and insights generated related to monthly and long-term planning processes, assist with preparing key deliverables in support of weekly pacing, monthly forecast, and annual planning partnering across finance teams. You will perform ad-hoc projects, financial analysis, and presentations for executive management and the Board of Directors.
