Growth Associate

The Growth Associate will work directly with the Head of Growth in building out commercial expansion into the offshore energy and submarine cable sectors. This role is about building relationships across our target customer base: Oil & Gas operators, telecom owners, service providers, and EPCs to position our unmanned inspection services as a new standard for offshore inspections, integrity management, and real-time monitoring of critical infrastructure.

Responsibilities include driving revenue growth by sourcing new customers or partners, scoping potential pilots, and building relationships. You'll manage relationships, position Amidon as a trusted partner, shape go-to-market strategy, and bridge customer feedback. Position requires 3+ years of experience in sales, business development, or strategy and an understanding of subsea integrity management.
