About the Role:
- Oversee hardware supply planning for the global market.
- Develop and maintain rolling 12-month production, shipment, and capacity plans.
In This Role, You Will:
- Convert demand plans into supply targets and monitor coverage across forward quarters.
- Resolve supply risks using levers like rebalancing, transfers, and air upgrades.
- Champion Samsara's cultural principles as you scale globally.
Minimum Requirements:
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Economics.
- 6+ years of experience in supply chain planning or inventory management.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with attention to detail.
Ideal Candidate Also Has:
- MBA or Master's degree in a related field.
- Programming skills (SQL, Python) and experience with BI tools.
- Experience with electronics manufacturing and VMI or global multi-DC networks.
