Technical Recruiter

As a Technical Recruiter at Jasper, you will play a key role in hiring for our Tech team, including Engineering, Product, and Design. This is a highly visible role where your work directly influences the strength of our business, the pace of our growth, and the team we are building. Manage full cycle recruiting across EPD functions, including sourcing, screening, interview facilitation, and offer delivery and negotiation. Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through outbound sourcing. Deliver a thoughtful candidate experience that reflects Jasper’s values at every touch point. Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand the roles and craft effective and aligned recruiting strategies. Use data and insights to improve the way we recruit and make smarter hiring decisions.
