Principal Product Compliance Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct compliance risk assessments for new and evolving products.
• Identify and mitigate regulatory and conduct risks across global markets.
• Design and test control frameworks that align with key U.S. and global regulatory expectations.

Collaboration and Implementation:

• Collaborate with Product, Legal, and Engineering to design and implement controls.
• Evaluate new market entry opportunities by analyzing licensing and compliance obligations.
• Partner with internal audit and regulatory engagement teams to ensure evidence-based adherence.

Regulatory Monitoring:

• Monitor and interpret emerging regulations impacting digital assets.
• Ensure proactive readiness and continuous improvement of compliance programs.
• Translate regulatory expectations into actionable product requirements and controls.
