AI Architect

About the role:

• Help shape how AI ‑ enabled and agent ‑ driven capabilities are designed, governed, and evolved.
• Define enterprise ‑ level AI architecture, establishing clear guardrails.
• Partner with other architects and risk partners.

What you will do:

• Publish and maintain reusable reference architectures, guardrails, and starter patterns.
• Help teams design AI workflows by establishing clear interaction models, responsibility boundaries.
• Ensure governance speeds teams up instead of slowing them down.

What we are looking for:

• Strong grounding in enterprise architecture practices.
• Sufficient AI architecture literacy to evaluate designs involving AI ‑ enabled or agent ‑ based systems.
• Ability to communicate complex architectural trade ‑ offs clearly.
