Responsibilities:
- Build and evolve secure frameworks and library-level controls to make common vulnerabilities harder to introduce.
- Embed security into existing developer workflows, including CI/CD, code review, and release processes.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in software engineering or product security, with at least 2 years at a staff level.
- Proficiency in languages like Go, Python, or JS/TS and experience with production systems.
- Experience designing secure frameworks that improve security across multiple teams.
Preferred:
- Experience securing AI/LLM systems or AI-assisted development tooling.
- Familiarity with authentication/authorization systems and cloud-native platforms.
- Track record mentoring engineers and raising technical standards.
