The Role:
- Serve as commercial counsel for client, vendor, and general commercial contracts from inception to execution.
- Build a deep understanding of Wpromote's services and collaborate with internal clients to support their goals.
You Must Have:
- J.D. degree with active state bar membership and 3 to 5 years of transactional experience in law firms or in-house.
- Experience as a negotiator on fast-moving, complex deals and with contract lifecycle management platforms like Ironclad.
- Comfort working with privacy, security, and data-use terms and strong communication skills to translate legal concepts.
