New Client Onboarding (Bilingual Spanish/English)

Interact with clients to introduce yourself as the point of contact for all client needs prior to activation. Maintain client relationship with consistent follow ups to strengthen client rapport through Salesforce tasking. Facilitate the best customer experience and ensure all client needs are met. Follow up to collect required documents from clients and facilitate account activations. Collaborate with all stakeholders – account executive, onboarder & account manager to facilitate a successful client journey from sales to account managers. Document - log all communication notes in Salesforce to document client journey. Communicate users’ experiences and understand when and where to escalate is essential.
