Product Operations Leader

As a Product Operations Leader, you will serve as the functional COO of Kraken Canada, owning the operational execution of our Canadian business. This role blends hands-on product delivery with strategic operational oversight. The scope also includes supporting Trade Operations and overseeing the operations of our MTL-licensed entities in the US. You will be the connective tissue between Product, Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Finance, and external partners ensuring our regulated products go to market smoothly and scale reliably. You will also manage readiness and go-to-market of new products with a sharp eye on process scalability and internal controls.
