Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development of yearly and quarterly strategic and budget planning.
  • Build and execute awareness and lead generation programs through various channels.
  • Lead and develop a team of marketing professionals.

Requirements, Skills, and Education:

  • 15+ years of B2B Marketing experience, including 5+ years of people management.
  • Demonstrated experience leading marketing initiatives on a global scale.
  • Strong planning, organization and project management skills.

Additional:

  • Experience with CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation (Marketo) is a plus.
  • Prefer candidates who have worked for or with companies that market/sell to Human Resources.
  • Some travel may be required.
