Build scalable automation solutions that reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency.
Develop reusable automation frameworks, templates, and best practices.

System Integration & API Development:

Develop integrations between cloud applications using REST APIs, GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and middleware platforms.
Design and implement automation using Microsoft Power Automate and n8n.
Troubleshoot and resolve automation failures, API issues, and integration challenges.

AI & Emerging Technologies:

Build and maintain Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers to securely expose business systems and workflows to AI platforms.
Integrate AI services into operational processes where appropriate.
Evaluate and adopt emerging automation and AI technologies to enhance business operations.

Operational Improvement:

Automate service desk, project management, sales, and operational processes.
Work closely with service desk and engineering teams to identify repetitive tasks suitable for automation.
Maintain comprehensive documentation covering automation solutions, integration architecture, and operational procedures.
