Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner is a key member of the People Operations Team, supporting the culture and engagement of over 22,000 Team Members for Main Event and Dave and Buster’s, and directly supports Field leaders and Team Members. This role ensures that the company has the right people and capabilities to achieve its business objectives. The role involves serving as a strategic business partner to Field leaders by anticipating needs, recommending solutions, and influencing change. The HRBP supports leadership development and succession planning, working with Talent Acquisition on hiring, and ensuring HR compliance and adherence to company policies.
