Senior Director, Fulfillment Operations

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop, coordinate, and implement a clear and effective supply chain vision and plan.
• Work cross-functionally with senior team members across supply chain planning, fulfillment, customer service, logistics, and inventory management.
• Manage and direct a large fulfillment team, set performance objectives, and oversee all fulfillment-related costs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• BS/BA degree in Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain or related field; MBA or MA/MS is a plus.
• 12+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain leadership, including integrated business planning and warehouse management.
• Proven experience managing a P&L of $200M+ in annual supply chain/logistics spend.
