Responsibilities:
- Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to a team of UI engineers, fostering growth and professional development within the UI skill community.
- Champion the vision and execution of the Dragos Platform User Interface.
- Collaborate closely with Tech Leads and Product Managers to define and deliver an optimal user experience across several different product teams.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years of meaningful engineering management experience building, developing, and leading highly effective teams; cybersecurity experience required.
- Prior experience as a UI engineer with strong working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and JavaScript libraries like React and Redux.
- Experience using Figma, building and supporting design systems at scale, and management experience with Agile in product teams.
