Regional Demand Generation Leader

SingleStore is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Leader of Demand Generation to oversee and optimize our demand generation efforts across key territories. The Regional Leader of Demand Generation will be responsible for leading regional demand generation programs, managing a high-performing Sales Development team, and achieving ambitious pipeline and prospect engagement goals. Generate qualified sales pipeline for SingleStore targeted accounts ($100M - +$1BN in annual revenue). Develop and manage territory programs, including regional event planning, outbound campaign architecture, and execution. Recruit, onboard, train, and manage a regional Sales Development team to consistently achieve team KPIs. Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Leadership to design and execute account plans and prospecting strategies. Maintain open communication and alignment with Sales Leadership, Account Executives, and management.
