Job Description
As a Revenue Operations Manager, you'll be responsible for laying the operational foundation for the OpusClip sales team. This position includes ownership of our tool stack, development of processes and playbooks, and collaborating with leadership on sales strategy and forecasting. You will build and scale the B2B Revenue Operations function from the ground up, owning and optimizing the GTM tech stack (HubSpot, Mixpanel, Clay) to drive productivity and data quality. This role involves partnering with sales leadership on strategy, lead routing, performance analysis, and comp planning and collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, finance, product, CS, and support to streamline operations.
