Manager of Operations Quality

AHEAD is searching for a dynamic and meticulous Manager of Operations Quality to join our operations team and elevate our commitment to excellence. As a leader in innovative IT lifecycle management, we're continually refining our processes—from quoting and order management to purchasing. Your expertise in quality management systems such as ISO 9001, Total Quality Management (TQM), Six Sigma, or similar frameworks will be instrumental in driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across these critical areas. In this influential role, you'll spearhead quality initiatives, leveraging your strong analytical skills and thorough understanding of root cause analysis, corrective actions, and preventive actions. You’ll work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, resolve issues at their core, and foster a proactive culture of quality.
