Primary Responsibilities:
- Drive complex system design and guide engineering vision.
- Perform code reviews, mentor developers, and advocate best practices.
- Build scalable microservices APIs and maintain sustainable systems.
Qualifications:
- BS in CS or equivalent with 7+ years of development experience.
- Expertise in Java, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL databases.
- Experience with AWS, Docker, and front-end technologies like React.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary range $137,500 - $171,900 plus bonus and equity.
