Responsibilities:

- Optimize backend performance, monitoring, and observability.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in CS or related field; 8+ years of backend engineering experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
- Experience with SQL, CI/CD, and Agile delivery.
