Job Description
The VIP Consultant will coordinate complex domestic and international travel itineraries for internal staff and corporate executives, manage air, hotel, ground transportation, and special requests in compliance with travel policies. The consultant will also handle personal requests such as event tickets, dining, appointments, and small group coordination. Facilitating light policy guidance and delivering proactive 1-on-1 check-ins, gathering feedback through post-itinerary surveys are expected.
The role involves providing 24/7 VIP-level support during scheduled after-hours weeks, monitoring and responding to urgent changes, cancellations, and rebookings with speed and professionalism. Offering expert guidance on travel documentation, visa requirements, and travel advisories, this staff member serves as a dedicated Customer Success Manager, ensuring seamless travel and lifestyle experiences, including flight monitoring and hotel reconfirmations.
