Engage with Members:
- Conduct initial phone calls to assess fit for Brightline services.
- Schedule appointments and ensure paperwork is complete.
- Answer administrative questions and provide general support.
Administrative Support:
- Support providers with various administrative tasks.
- Conduct eligibility checks, file claims, and collect payments.
- Maintain organization within the member support team's internal software tool.
Operational Improvement:
- Identify ways to delight members and improve processes.
- Ease the workday for the clinical team with efficient support.
- Improve overall operational processes as the company scales.
