Business Analyst

A business analyst uses data analytics to evaluate processes, identify requirements, and provide data-driven reports and suggestions to executives and stakeholders. Primary responsibilities include assessing current IAM environments by interviewing stakeholders and reviewing documents, facilitating meetings to elicit requirements, planning and coordinating the analysis of client business processes, and preparing documentation. The analyst will review client data, assist with design documentation, develop test plans, and ensure compliance with documentation standards. General business responsibilities involve communicating status, escalating issues, possessing strong communication skills, and authoring technical documentation. Position requires experience with IAM components, project management knowledge areas, and proficiency in project management software and Office products. Travel is minimal, up to 10%.
