Editor/a de Gestión Editorial

Role Overview:

• Coordinate the daily editorial production flow from assignment to publication.
• Maintain the editorial calendar and track content status across stages.
• Liaise between section editors, writers, researchers, and proofreaders.

Responsibilities:

• Assign content and set production deadlines based on editorial priorities.
• Monitor for delays, blocks, and propose solutions to production issues.
• Oversee fact-checking, copy-editing, SEO, and publication stages.

Team Collaboration:

• Work with section editors to maintain quality and coherence in their areas.
• Keep an overview of team workload and capacity.
• Participate in editorial meetings and contribute to production planning.

Process Improvement:

• Document processes, decisions, and procedures as needed.
• Contribute to refining editorial workflows and standards.
• Apply established editorial system procedures consistently.
