Director, Product Management

About the Role:

• We are looking for a hands-on Director of Product Management to lead execution on high-impact products that drive company-wide growth.
• You'll turn the CPO's vision into a roadmap, own it, and drive it forward alongside a small team of PMs and designers.
• This is a player-coach role where you'll spend the majority of your time in the work—talking to customers, shaping strategy, and shipping.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate the CPO's product vision and growth objectives into clear, functional execution strategies that drive customer impact.
• Own the company roadmap and determine what to build and when, while providing medium-term planning aligned with long-term strategy.
• Drive cross-functional coordination across product, design, engineering, marketing, operations, and customer success.

Qualifications:

• 8–10+ years in product roles, ideally at a fast-growing SaaS or technology company, with 2+ years managing product managers and designers.
• Experience owning and shipping multiple successful products at scale—not just features—and a track record of hands-on ownership.
• Comfortable taking strategic direction and independently translating it into an executable roadmap.
