Job Description
Sodexo North America is transforming its operating model to simplify food and supply processes and optimize economies of scale. As Director II, Supply Program & Services Activation, you will lead governance and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Culinary, and Supply Management teams. This role involves serving as the Primary Liaison between Supply Management and cross-functional teams for all matters related to brand, recipe, and menu development and management. You will act as a Strategic Business Partner to Marketing, Culinary Services, and Segment operations, ensuring alignment between business strategies and the contracted product portfolio by establishing clear processes that drive compliance and operational efficiency. The role includes developing and overseeing integration processes to ensure contracted products are embedded into brand, recipe, and menu initiatives across all segments, while considering purchasing targets, vendor and product compliance, distribution feasibility, and alignment with Sodexoβs values and strategic goals.
