Job Description
Design and deliver effective onboarding and training programs that set new hires up for success from day one. Coach individual and group coaching sessions focused on sales techniques, product understanding, and customer conversations. Build playbooks, training decks, knowledge base articles, e-learning modules, and more — content that sticks and scales. Measure training effectiveness using tools like Salesforce and Gong, gathering feedback, and adjusting programs for impact. Work cross-team with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Underwriting to align on messaging and ensure our teams are always equipped with the latest tools and insights.
