We are looking for a Sales Acceleration Manager to join our global Sales Acceleration team. This role is dedicated to supporting our growing EMEA sales organization by driving continuous enablement across sales processes, tools, systems, and sales strategy. You will partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to align enablement outcomes to regional goals and initiatives. This includes collaborating across Product Marketing, Strategic Enablement, and Channel Enablement.

We're looking for an entrepreneurial and experienced Sales Enablement Manager to help take our Commercial team to the next level. This is a builder's role, ideal for a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, lean environments and loves turning big ideas into scalable programs. You'll support the entire Commercial organization, with a strong focus on our core go-to-market teams, including Sales, Customer Success, Strategy, Paid Media, Partnerships and Measurement.

The Revenue Enablement team is crucial for empowering go-to-market teams. As Head of Revenue Enablement, you will define and execute the global enablement strategy, ensuring sales, customer success, and partnerships teams are equipped to drive growth and deliver a world-class customer experience. This role optimizes the revenue engine and aids in achieving ambitious targets. You will coach a team of three enablement managers.

As the Director of Sales Development, you’ll lead and scale Boulevard’s Sales Development organization of 50 SDRs and growing. You’ll bring operational rigor and leadership to ensure the team performs at a high level today, while also building the strategy, systems, and processes that position us for the future. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines tactical execution with strategic vision.
