- Maintain consistency between broader GTM and SDR curricula.
Prospecting Process & Methodology Enablement:
- Build and reinforce end-to-end prospecting workflows.
- Ensure SDRs are proficient in Cresta’s messaging across all channels.
- Deliver regular call coaching and workshop-style trainings.
Campaign & Messaging Alignment:
- Partner with Product Marketing and Demand Gen to equip SDRs with effective talk tracks.
- Ensure SDRs always have fresh, relevant messaging tied to product launches.
- Lead SDR readiness for new product releases and competitive updates.
