- Build scalable enablement systems and automated workflows.
- Keep the LMS and Enablement Hub clean and updated.
- Partner with Product, PMM, and RevOps to turn insights into enablement.
The role includes leading onboarding, working with managers, and tracking engagement.
- Lead onboarding from start to finish and deliver engaging trainings.
- Work closely with managers to iterate on programs.
- Track adoption and engagement to understand what’s working.
The role involves sharing insights, making improvements, and supporting team growth.
- Share insights and ideas that help shape the enablement roadmap.
- Make smart improvements over time.
- Support how our GTM teams grow.
