Enablement Manager

What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Create repeatable coaching loops for early-tenure reps.
• Define "what good looks like" for each role and stage.
• Reduce reliance on live training with scalable enablement.

Qualification & Execution Operating System:

• Establish SPICED as the shared operating system.
• Define how SPICED is used day-to-day.
• Embed SPICED into coaching scorecards and CRM reinforcement.

AI-Forward Enablement Engine:

• Use AI to accelerate enablement creation and delivery.
• Build a repeatable workflow: synthesize, curate, QA, publish, and reinforce.
• Operate responsibly with customer/prospect data.

Revenue Operations Support:

• Partner with RevOps to operationalize and drive GTM process adoption.
• Translate process changes into training and measurable adoption.
• Ensure lifecycle continuity from Sales to Implementation to CS.
