Job Description
As a senior advisor and strategic partner to the CEO, you will provide strategic insights, recommendations, and solutions to support effective decision-making. You will design and execute the company’s OKR process, including prioritizing initiatives, managing and influencing executive stakeholders, company communication, ensuring alignment across the company, and driving accountability to outcomes. You will also manage the company’s operating rhythm, leading the structured cadence of key processes, meetings, activities and offsites that help the organization run smoothly and achieve its goals. You will be expected to lead high-impact, cross-functional projects as needed, manage the Senior Leadership Team, and partner with CEO to own CEO’s internal communications initiatives such as All Hands meetings and leadership updates.
