Build and run global strategies to attract top talent. Own full-cycle recruiting for both tech and non-tech roles. Hunt for exceptional people using unconventional methods and AI tools. Be the first great impression candidates have of CloudWalk. Partner with leaders to deeply understand culture, needs, and how to attract the right people. Track, analyze, and optimize our hiring funnel. You need solid full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of closing senior-level roles. Strong online sourcing skills using global tools and platforms. Data-driven mindset β€” using metrics to make things better, not just report them. Hands-on experience using AI (ChatGPT, automations, etc.) to speed up and improve recruiting. Must move fast and adapt faster, possess Fluent English, killer communication and stakeholder management skills, curiosity, adaptability, and zero attachment to β€œhow it’s always been done.” Make sure you’re ready to work hard, push boundaries, and build something extraordinary.
